Below are some of my technical services that I offer. I also can help you with smart phones/tablets and parental controls and monitoring for home and mobile devices.

— Internet and Wi-Fi Navigation — 

You should not be at the mercy of your cable company for all your internet and WIFI needs. There are plenty of options to stop leasing your cable modem (by law you have these options) and save yourself a few hundred dollars a year. They also probably tell you that you need WAY more internet speed than you really need. I will take into account all your internet needs for today and the future to provide you with the most optimal setup.

When it comes to your WIFI, these cable and internet companies apply a "one sized fits all" concept with the equipment they provide that likely leaves you with poor WIFI signal in areas of your house and your outside spaces. To make matters worse, the WIFI options out there are confusing at best. What's mesh? What version of Wifi should I get? I will look at your home and help you decide what the best options are for your situation.

 — Smart Home Technology Guidance — 

The world of Smart Home is incredible. The options are endless but what do you really need to make Smart Home devices helpful, save you money, and something you can actually enjoy? You have to decide on a "Smart Home EcoSystem" like Amazon, Apple, or Google and go from there. I will help guide you through this maze and come out with a Smart Home setup that really will make you smile at the end of the day.

— Email Voyaging — 

Too many email addresses? Too much junk in your email? Too many unread emails that you never want to look at them? I get it and there are things you can do to start organizing how you manage your email so that it becomes a useful tool for communication and information.

 — Secure your Technology — 

Cyber security??? Should you be concerned? ABSOLUTELY YOU SHOULD!! Sure most of these bad guys focus their efforts on businesses but there are plenty attacking you and you don't even know it! I am sure you have heard of "Phishing" and "Malware" but have you heard of "Socal Engineering"? There are even more techniques these bad actors use to lure you in and they come up with new ones every day.

 — Password Management and Storage — 

Speaking of security, are you keeping your passwords on Post It notes or handwritten in a notebook? Are all your passwords the same? I get it but security is not meant to be easy, if anything, it makes it harder but there is a very good reason for that. As we do most, if not all our financial tasks online, making sure you are using all the tools for password management and security is crucial to protecting your assets.

— Computer Upgrades and Repairs —

Do you battle your computer when you go to use it? You shouldn't! It should be ready to work for you when you need it. Pop-ups? Ads? Do I have a virus? All things that can be fixed to make your computer life more enjoyable. 

You don't always need a new computer when your current one might just need a little tune-up. I will give you honest recommendations on what will work best for you whether that is extending the life of what you own or moving on to something new. 

 — Home Audio and Video Enhancements — 

As the title states, I will help guide you in your decisions to enhance your audio and video life. Should I upgrade my surround sound? Do I need surround sound? Would you like music to play in all my rooms when your having friends and family over? Do I need a bigger TV? Is a QLED TV right for me? All of these questions and more, I can help you with so you can enjoy some of this amazing technology.
